Part 1
Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you contact us through a form, request a quote, book a call, or text us, we collect the information you choose to share, usually your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your project. If you use the pre-demo tool, the business details you enter are processed in your browser to generate the preview and are not stored by us.
How we use it. We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes or proposals, schedule consultations, and provide the services you ask for. That’s it.
What we don’t do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don’t send spam.
Third-party tools. We may use trusted services to run this site and our business, such as:
- Form processing (e.g. Web3Forms) to deliver the messages you send us.
- Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate. This may use cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
- Scheduling tools if you book a call with us.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Your choices. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
Data security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please don’t send sensitive information (like passwords or payment card numbers) through our contact forms.
Cookies. Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. This site uses the basic ones it needs to work, and, if you allow it, analytics cookies that show us how people use the site so we can improve it. The first time you visit, you’ll see a short notice where you can accept or decline the non-essential ones, and you can change your mind anytime by clearing this site’s data in your browser or blocking cookies in your browser settings. If you decline, the site still works fine.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There’s no shared standard yet for how sites should respond to these, so we don’t act on them separately, but we do honor the cookie choice you make right here on our site.
Part 2
Terms of Service
Using this site. This website is provided for information about our services. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Quotes & pricing. Pricing shown on this site (including any launch specials or discounts) is for general guidance. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote based on your specific project scope before any work begins. Promotions may end or change at any time.
Demos & previews. The pre-demo generator, AI assistant demos, and portfolio examples are illustrative. They show the style and type of work we do and are not final deliverables. Sample results and example testimonials shown are for demonstration unless explicitly marked as a real client.
Our work. Specific deliverables, timelines, revisions, and payment terms for any project are set out in the agreement or proposal we provide you directly, and that agreement governs the actual work.
Intellectual property. The content, branding, and design of this website belong to Apollo Digital Co and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No guarantee of results. We work hard to help your business generate more leads and customers, and we’re proud of our approach, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control (your market, pricing, response time, and more).
Changes. We may update this site, our services, or these terms over time. The current version always lives on this page.
